My name is Sarah Jones and Especially Delicious is my luxury free from celebration cake and courses company.

I have loved baking since childhood, so when I was medically diagnosed as having to live on a gluten free diet I started to experiment creating gluten free goodies.

Testing them on my friends and family they were amazed the cakes were gluten and wheat free; so yummy they couldn’t tell the difference! Especially Delicious was then born!

Celebration cakes combine my two loves- design (I am a qualified graphic designer) and baking. In 2007 after running a busy seaside cafe I realised there was a need for quality gluten and wheat free celebration cakes as I was constantly receiving requests for them from my customers.

When I moved to London I decided to specialise in this area. I now bake all cakes in my Wimbledon home business kitchen, which is completely free of gluten and wheat. All cakes are made with lots of love and care to ensure you get the perfect cake for your party.

I also run gluten free baking courses at a cookery school in Battersea, where you learn to make great tasting food that you can easily re create at home.
